Park Information:
- Maximum per site: one trailer (tent or travel) and one tent; OR one motorhome and one tent; OR two large tents.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
- Camping equipment must be set up on designated dirt portion of campsites.
- Generators may not be used during quiet hours and cannot be run continuously through the day.
- Check-out time is 11am.
- No hook-ups or dump stations at this campground.
There is limited to no cell service at this park. Service may vary based on provider. For emergency calls, use pay phone located at the park office.

Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at this park. Anyone entering with a pet will be asked to leave.
Pets are allowed in the campground (excluding youth group sites) from October 1st until Nov 1st. They are not allowed in the campground from May 1st - Sept. 30th. If a pet becomes objectionable to any park visitor, the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the park.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
There is a new cancellation policy in effect as of 2/1/2024
- Full refund minus transaction fee if you cancel at least 10 + days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Full refund minus reservation fee plus cost of one night of camping if you cancel 4-9 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if you cancel 0-3 days from your scheduled arrival date.
NH State Parks does not issue refunds due to insects or weather.

Firewood Notice:
Attention! Please do not bring out-of-state firewood with you. Firewood can carry exotic insects and tree diseases. Safe firewood is available to purchase at the campground for your convenience.
Booking Rules:
The maximum reservation window is 11 months in advance and sites become available at 8am (9am on weekends) exactly 11 months from the anticipated arrival day.

Fee Information:
The nightly base site fee pays for 2 adults only and up to 4 dependent children under 18. You must be 18 to register for a campsite.
Extra adults are $10 per night. Additional children are $5 per night
NH Senior Citizens are given a $5 per night discount to all campgrounds with the exception of Cannon Mountain RV, Ellacoya, and Hampton Beach.
NH Seniors must bring their NH photo ID for discount verification.
NH State Employees are given a 50% discount on campsites with the exception of yurts and cabins.
NH State Employees must bring their State ID or current paystub for discount to be applied.
Site Rules:
No more than 2 tents can occupy a standard (non-group) site at any time. Only 1 trailer, pop-up, or RV (camping unit) per site at any time.
Parking Day Passes - Important Information
Park Information
Visitors should make a reservation before arriving at the park as parking is limited (especially on nice weekends and holidays). However, a limited number of walk-in spaces are available and visitors who do not make a reservation will be admitted on a first come/first-serve basis. Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival and no later than 5pm on the day of your visit.
Main Entrance Hiking/Boating Pass:
Pawtuckaway has a network of trails that make it easy to get lost. Please make sure you have a map and/or GPS with you so you can return safely.
Beach Entrance Pass:
Pawtuckaway State Park is located on Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham, NH. This park boasts a 600 foot beach and large shaded picnic area, ideal for picnicking, a large swimming area and is popular for fishing along the lake. There are grills and picnic tables located throughout the picnic area.
Important Information:
Park is carry in carry out, you must take all your trash home with you.
Music must be kept at low volume.
Trails may be icy during the spring season. Microspikes are recommended during these times.

Cancellations
MUST be made prior to 9AM of the day of your visit. There will be no refunds due to weather, insects, or failure to attend the park without prior notice. Refunds requested for extenuating circumstances must be submitted to: nhparks@dncr.nh.gov where they will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Please be aware that beach advisories occur unexpectedly during the summer months. Prior to your stay please check for beach advisories posted by the Dept. of Environmental Services by visiting:

Advisories are updated daily. Any cancellations or changes to a reservation need to be done through Reserve America and cancellation fees will apply.
Lifeguards
There are no lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk.

Off-Season Use
During off hours and the off-season the park is typically not staffed, comfort stations are not available and gates may be closed. The off-season poses unique risks inherent when participating in outdoor recreational activities. Recreationists should possess the necessary knowledge, skill, and equipment to ensure their own safety. Users assume all risk while recreating in State Park lands.
NH Senior Discount:
Indicate that you are a NH senior on your order details page and you will not be charged the day-use/parking fee. However, there is a $1 transaction fee for using the online reservation system.
